A love triangle for the ‘Skins’ generation, with two young Irish lads vying for the affections of Michelle, with the added complication being that she’s the daughter of their boss at the local leisure centre. The characters are well drawn and the contrast between the three families gives it some emotional weight alongside the lighter elements of the plot. It’s nicely played and benefits from a hip soundtrack supervised by David Holmes.
