Phil Newton’s review published on Letterboxd:
Producer Kieran Parker takes the reigns for the third Outpost film, but Rae Brunton remains on script duties - not that you'd know it. After an enjoyable sequel with Black Sun, Rise Of The Spetsnaz is an origin story for the super-soldiers, as they take on the Russians. Frankly, it's dull as dishwater, and looks it too - drained of so much colour it's almost shot in black & white half the time. There's a few gore scenes but little of any merit.
