Shalinee is an ambitious young reporter assigned to a story about a Doctor who murdered his wife. Her investigation uncovers a link to a series of other murders that took place in the same house years earlier, and local rumours say that the building is haunted... The House is a Thai ghost story unremarkable in every way. Long haired female ghost? Check. Heavy thunderstorm at night? Check. Cheap scares? Check. Washed out colours? Check. It's competently made and it's by no means a terrible movie, but there's not one frame of originality to be found here.
