Phil Newton’s review published on Letterboxd:
The Theatre Bizarre comprises of six short stories framed within a wraparound tale as a curious young woman watches macabre puppets perform in a deserted theatre. The tales vary in style and quality but each one is suitably offbeat – and at least if you don’t like one then the next one will be along shortly. Participating directors include Buddy Giovinazzo, Tom Savini and a welcome (if slightly underwhelming) return from Richard Stanley, but honours go to Karim Hussein for ‘Vision Stains’ about a woman who captures memories by injecting them into her eyeballs at the time of death!
