After the bad taste left in my mouth from the previous film I watched (the five-year engagement between a pussy and a selfish bitch, which felt about as long as its title implied), I took a break and caught up on some quality television. And then I watched this (is 40).

I do not understand this film. Yes, Emily Blunt is quite pretty, but in this film she plays a selfish, completely self-absorbed bitch who is completely aware how miserable her partner is but just does not give enough of a shit to deal with it. And the ending... wow. Really? Did Segel's character lose his balls somewhere out in the wilderness while hunting, perhaps a few years before his toe? Did he ever have any balls in the first instance?…

Everything a film needs. Except Stallone without his top off. Just watched the Extended Cut, which is markedly different to the original. You should watch it, if you like this sort of thing. Shit gets real.
