Everyone said this was good, and yet I was still surprised how much I liked it. Its really gutsy on the part of the filmmakers to give us protagonists who bad kids. Not just lovably mischievious, but actually kind of bad. They trust that we will come around, and we do. Or at least I did. There is just enough social commentary to help with that, but its very delicate. The rest is just a legit action/suspense alien movie. That turns alien movies on their head a bit. Loved it.
