Tom Andrews’s review:
This film is easily one of the very best films ever made. A perfect all around and well balanced movie. Its funny, its serious, its respectful and irreverent. Its honest and satirical. Its got strong acting. Its got music, sex and politics. It sheds light on humanity and issues without being heavy handed. Its very broad in dealing with a wide variety of people and still manages to be very personal and intimate. Its extrememly simple but so full of stuff that you can watch it over and over again and see different things every time. Brilliant.
