Behind Thor, this film was next in line to dread as part of the Avengers series, but again, I was quite taken aback about how good the film turned out.

Filled full of patriotism, which I neither loved or hated, the film is a great introduction to the First Avenger, and sets the story for the timeline ahead of Avengers 2012 release.

A good watch, great effects and a good story, if a little heavy on the 'the US is great'.
