Wow, this blew me away! As someone who's been a fan of this series since the original, I didn't see this one coming at all. Yes, it follows the same basic principles - opening premonition, then kids dying in order - but it manages to up the ante in virtually every regard. The kills were better than any of the first four films deaths, and the human side of the story was on par with the second film. The ending tied everything together wonderfully, and made me fall in love with this. Absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys these films.
