After recently seeing the fantastic "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" and then seeing the trailer for this...I had really high expectations. I'm hoping a second viewing over the next few weeks will have me re-rating this a bit higher. Really loved this a lot.
From a visual and movement perspective, there were 3 very distinct feels throughout the film, that normally wouldn't be used all in one film together, but worked well and gave a great overview of the various moods and feels from this period.
