The thing about Troll 2 is this. Yes, it's awful. Mind-blowingly awful. But few movies manage to be as bad as this and yet retain the level of enthusiasm Troll 2 does. The movie is just so thrilled to exist, so sure of its own worth, that you end up cheering it on. Despite how truly terrible it is.
