I know it contains some dumb stuff, but I liked it anyway. The movie is overally quite creepy and I liked the atmosphere and the mentality "this could be real if just anyone would believe it", you know. The film is just good, nothing too fancy but nothing too bad either. Liked it, really.

Dramatic, well acted - I mean sang -, great set pieces, overally quite good. They speak very few lines in this musical and I have to admit all the singing got me bored in the end. I can't help it, but I find Russell Crowe funny in this film, with his singing. Based on quite known story, I think this adaptation succeedes well and I think fulfills its purpose.

One of the best action-thriller -movies of the 90s. Great acting by Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee-Jones. Nothing bad to say about this film. Clever and nice movie. Quite peaceful for an action film, but there is nothing wrong with that. Recommended.

Fresh adaptation of the fairy tale everyone knows. Loved the humor and the acting. Despite the fresh and funny changes in the plot it was still slightly predicatble. Had also unnecessary scenes. Still, overall great family fun.
