Good fun.

Only caught a few glimpses while sitting next to my kids and boy, this is bottom of the barrel type stuff. Corny and cheesy and vomit inducing.

A brilliant black comedy.
Very interesting and refreshing way of telling a story for something that could easily have become full of cliches and sentimentalism.

It's got very low-fi special effects, it's occasionally cheesy, and yet it works. It's hard to describe what makes this movie (and the series obviously) so good, but the best I can come up with is that it's honest, unpretentious, genuinely original, and fun.
