De las películas 'no tan buenas' de los Coen, esta es por mucho mi favorita. La primera hora es finísima, con un tono peculiar, un Tom Hanks nunca mejor y un soundtrack mejor que el de O Brother. Y al centro de todo esto una magna y digna Irma P. Hall, el corazón más grande que ha latido en una película de los hermanos.

Una lástima que el último tercio, cuando llegan al titular 'ladykilling', todo se torna repetitivo y un poquito aburrido. Se redime en la coda no obstante.

En serio, no aprendo.

This is Carax juggling fiery balls in the air. The higher he throws them, the more often I held my breath hoping they didn't fall.
