21 Jump Street 2012
This went over my initial expectations for this "Jonah Hill is in high school again oh what a surprise" movie. Some serious laugh out loud moments, with a couple surprisingly from Channing Tatum.
It would have been nice to seen more from Jake Johnson (New Girl) though, holding the role of the high schools principal, and perhaps less play on the stereotypical geek group, but what are you going to do. It provides laughs nonetheless.

The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou 2004
Being a life long fan of practically everything Wes Anderson has produced (aside from The Darjeeling Limited), this movie did not disappoint at all.
Just a generally lovely, lovely film with just the perfect amount of bizarre.

LCD Soundsystem: Shut Up and Play the Hits 2012
Upon discovering that a documentary was being created around a band who I hold very dear to my heart, and that it be based upon their final gig at Madison Square Gardens, the level of excitement I had went through the roof. Unfortunately because of money issues I was not greeted with the opportunity to say a final farewell to the band, and so I saw this as my chance.
