The chase scenes are spectacular. The stuff with guns, not-so-much. Some of the fight scenes were good. Gina Carano was a welcome addition. The Rock was still great, but in too few scenes. And the script is even stupider and nonsensical this time around. Too many dramatic scenes with laughably moronic characters threaten to derail the entire film and make an already overlong running time feel twice as long.
But TANK, Gina Carano, The Rock and making fun of Tyrese almost even things out.

An absolutely absurd action film with characters that are straight-up, unrepentant criminals and murders that we're supposed to root for because Vin Diesel signs off on them and he looks like a teddy bear.

I know I've seen this movie before, but I honestly don't remember anything from it other than the clockwork soldier.
That said, I'm almost positive my brain blocked out the rest of this film because it is definitely one of the most disturbing and terrifying "kids film" ever released. It's easy to see why this film flopped so hard at the box office; it's almost the polar opposite of the beloved classic THE WIZARD OF OZ.
