Wha??? Heartbreaking and a really tough watch, yes. But you have to applaud the honesty and truth of portraying a breakdown of a relationship on screen and the sometimes harsh outcome of fleeting love.
Well Jordan, the great thing is I don't have to applaud anything :) You saw a heartbreaking portrait of flawed love, I saw a pretentious, masturbatory, one-note, meandering disaster that didn't go anywhere. Not every movie is for everyone and that's just how it goes. If it makes you feel better I seem to be in the minority!
