Absolutely heartwarming and heartbreaking coming of age story that remains grounded and realistic. Stephen Chbosky's ownership of the screenplay and direction of this film has really lent itself to keeping the original integrity of the novel and its rich characters. Logan Lerman is absolutely flawless as Charlie.
