For his final film, Sidney Lumet goes out with one hell of a bang.

Terrific cast. Philip Seymour Hoffman, my favorite actor, is just really great here and so is Ethan Hawke. They have good chemistry with each other and other characters. Great supporting turns from the likes of Albert Finney, Michael Shannon, Amy Ryan and Marisa Tomei. A damn fine and smart script executed to greatness by Lumet in top form. The action, suspense, and drama go hand in hand in hand. Fantastic film from a fantastic director.
