Edward Scissorhands 1990

Silent J’s review:
Kinda like a Frankenstein style fairy tale. It takes a lot to get into the story and truly buy into it, but it's enjoyable for, if not only for, Johnny Depp's heartbreaking performance. Tim Burton may have an unhealthy obesession with Depp after all these years, but you can see why. Depp is just amazing even if his character and the story may be a little too far fetched. Still, it's a touching tale as long as you can buy into it. Still, I only wish this film answered questions I wanted to know going into this film....like how the hell does he pee with scissorhands? It's got to hurt like a motherfucker.
