Clint Eastwood does a great job as director, but is phenomenal as an actor. His character is so complex and haunted thanks to his delievery and makes the film for me. The film as a whole is entertaining and terrific for me. At times humorous, other times heartwrenching, at all times wonderfully memorable. A fantastic and fascinating character study.
