This has to be one of the most well written comedies I've ever seen and one of the most well written accounts of a historical event I've had the pleasure of seeing. Just a brilliant television film. The acting is superb, especially by Darren Boyd who perfectly embodies John Cleese in body and mind. There are moments I actually thought he was Cleese. This film itself perfectly embodies Monty Python and gives that Monty Python feel. Does a great job accounting what they went through in the wake of the controversy of Life of Brian, especially during the infamous Friday Night, Saturday Morning tv interview debate. It is presented with straight intense drama with a small dash of brilliant comedy sprinkled throughout. Hilarious, clever, and even thought provoking. Fantastic from beginning to end.
