This is the ultimate film homage.
I honestly can't see how anyone wouldn't like this film. Even if you don't love it, you have to like something about it. The honest dialogue, the hilarity of it all, the thrill of it all, the awesome performances, the engaging characters, the compelling and thought provoking story, that fucking briefcase...
I swear, I don't think there is a single person on the planet who uttered the phrase "I didn't like Pulp Fiction" just like how no one has ever said "I don't know what's in that fucking briefcase." We all know by now. It's pretty obvious isn't it?
I have a friend who hates the guts out of this film, and no one understands why, he can't even explain it himself.
I take it that as soon as this "friend" admitted his "hate" for this film, you stopped being friends, right? RIGHT?!
I have two friends who don't like this movie. Atleast not as much as I do. And another friend who hated the non-linear approach.
It's a crazy fucking world, eh?
Strangely enough he has better taste than most people, but I can't take him all that seriously anymore.
@shahbakht In a world where more than one person disliked this film, it's a fucking trippy world. I don't think I can trust anyone who claims to not like Pulp Fiction.
@Liam Interesting. Someone with good taste, yet doesn't like Pulp Fiction. This really is a fucking trippy world. Maybe this is the Bizarro World from Superman.
I actually enjoy more people that dislike what I like, so I can get a better perspective of what i'am seeing or I can watch or re-watch something with a new perspective, or maybe is just me..
Honestly, all jokes aside, I don't care what people dislike. There's a lot of films people dislike that I love just as there are some films I hate that everyone loves. Knowing what people like tells a lot more about a person than what they don't.
