Not as good as the first film and the chemistry between Fred Ward and Christopher Gartin isn't as strong as Ward and Kevin Bacon from the first film, but this is still a fun and surprisingly good film with funny moments, memorable quotes, and Michael Gross is back as awesome badass Burt Gummer.
