I haven't watched a movie for nearly a week now. I miss those days when I used to watch 2-3 movies a day.

The hate probably comes from people thinking rebooted Spiderman a decade later is dumb. Plus, talking with some people who hated it, I can understand the hate. It's not perfect, but it's still a fun film.
I liked Raimi's films. They may not be perfect, but they're fun. The first is personal because it was the first film I saw in theaters as a kid and I love it. Most of his characters got worse with each film, but they still had great action in 2 and 3.
If you wanted to hear some polarizing opinions on Amazing Spiderman, here's a good review. Great podcast.
Oh yeah, and speaking of Amazing Spiderman, what do you think of rumors of Jamie Foxx being casted as Electro?
And speaking of Mary Jane, did you here they got Shaliane Woodley from The Descendants to play her in the sequel? Personally, I think she's an excellent actress, but I don't really see her as MJ.
Yeah, it would be interesting, but she's usually known for her portrayals of strong female characters and it's hard for me to see her as a damsel like Mary Jane.
