Nicknamed "last tango in Poland" and they weren't lying. This film has, possibly, more sexual encounters in it than some pornographic items I've been presented with. Was it good? Yeah, it was pretty awesome. Was it sexy? Not really. It didn't "undo" sex like SHAME did, but it intellectualized and ritualized and theologized sex perhaps. Zulawski is kinda a genius.
