I wanted to rate this film better, I really did, but I can't bring myself to do it. There's nothing inherently wrong with it, but there was a lot more potential at the script level. That said I did enjoy it a fair amount. It's worth seeing if you haven't watched it, but it won't become your new favourite.

I'm not crazy about George Clooney, but his performance in this movie is incredible. It's a beautiful tale about doing the right thing that's emotionally gripping.
Be sure you're able to get locked in with a charged story, and try to be immersed in the sound - it's simple but extremely effective sound design.
