A sweet fairy tail about making movies in the late 19th century. Nice colors and some great effects let you dive into an pretty adventure story at the Mainstation in Paris. In the beginning Sir Ben Kingsleys Georges Méliès seems like an old bastard, but fortunately he turns into the good one.
It's a tricky story for a movie like this. It really draws you in its spell.
The story about Méliès is quite nice told.

But there are some mistakes and stupid questions came into my head. So I could not let my thoughts completely run free.. Too bad....

Ich liebe Filme die auf wahren Geschichten beruhen.
Baseball ist nicht mein Ding, zum Glück sieht man nicht allzuviel davon.
Man muss das Spiel auch nicht verstehen um den Film zu mögen. Pitt und besonders Hill überzeugen. Hoffman wieder in einer anderen Facette, jedoch geht seine Rollenbeschreibung eher in Richtung Statist - schade.
Moneyball ist ein sehr bewegender Film mit absoluten "Beim Abspann Wikipedian"-Faktor.

Netter Streifen für zwischendurch. Clooney wie immer klasse.
Ein Drama mit Pepp, mehr aber auch nicht.
Ich hatte durch die Oscar Nominierungen aber irgendwie mehr erwartet.
