Aggressively stupid

The look is all wrong for Batman, and doesn't really work. The stories are of variable quality, with the last two being the best.

Twenty minutes of action involving both Superman and Captain Marvel. What's not to like?

The central plot - Superman dying and coming to terms with his demise - is deftly, even movingly, executed. But there are too many plots and side stories here (Lois becomes Superwoman for a day, a big blob tries to take out Superman, two Kryptonians show up, some star thing tries to screwup up the sun...) and most of them are pretty flimsy. A much tauter film could have been made here by leaving out much of the extraneous material.
