Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Within 2010
As good as the first film. This time there is more attention for politics and corruption in the higher regions. Tropa de Elite 2 contains less violence, although it still has some shocking action scenes filled with grotesque brutality.

Hugo 2011
This entire film is one big trip to the roots of cinema. Nostalgia is beginning to be a big word in Hollywood with Hugo and The Artist winning so many prices. I am very happy that this hype is so successful, because Hugo is a very good film. Especially for movie buffs (like me) that love the beginning era of film and everything that has something to do with cinema.

Damn strong horror film, very original and creative. Michael Shannon gives the best of himself as a paranoiac war veteran. He's such a good actor in those specific 'crazy' roles (like he brings them in Take Shelter or Revolutionary Road). You should watch this film for Shannon's schizophrenic performance, to see Ashley Judd go mad and off course for the story about a weird bug infestation. The Three Musketeers 2011
An old story with 'new' special effects. Fun for kids, nothing more, nothing less. Although it's a shame to see a couple of great actors perform in such hollow roles. The screenplay is as flat as it can get. This film should be made for children, not by them!
