Looper 2012
Was not expecting much from this after watching the trailer. I thought it was going to be very boysy due to the whole guns and Bruce Willis thing but I actually enjoyed myself the whole way through. One of the few time travel films that did it well I think. A story you actually care about and want to finish. I loved every scene including the "Bruce Willis is a boss with guns" scene as I have now named it. I'd recommend to anyone who would like to watch a clever well made film. So anyone aged 13 and above?

Moonrise Kingdom 2012
I have never been so bored in my entire life. Oh no wait, I also had to sit through Beginners and Ruby Sparks. Both equally as boring. My friends say it was "different" and "romantic" but I just found it artsy fartsy hipsteresque.
Every character was crazy but for me not in a haha sort of way. The parts my friends laughed at were clearly just not my sense of humour but my main problem with this movie is that…

Wreck-It Ralph 2012
This film is brilliant. Great story, beautiful and hilarious. Perfect for all the family. I would recommend to absolutely anyone. Disney, I salute you.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2012
This film is actually great. I think even better than the 2002 version. I mean, they changed some stuff from the comic but I never read that so it didn't bother me. I was told that it was a rom-com type comedy and at times this was true. Well made, well acted.

Up 2009
Love love it love it love it. I am a massive fan of Pixar anyway and this is definitely one of the best. I cry most of the way through every time I watch it. Hilarious the entire way through and just a feel good. Even better than toy story 3. If you haven't seen this film yet you should definitely get it in your calendar.

Brave 2012
Okay, I did like the film, but if you compare it to other Pixar movies it just doesn't compare. The first 10 minutes I was starting to become bored however after that it became quite good. Most of the movie was as funny as other pixar movies and I therefore began to love it. Not as much as everyone I know appeared to, but it was good. The aesthetics on the other hand are beautiful the whole way through and…

21 Jump Street 2012
I thought this was really good, just like everyone told me it would be. It was hilarious, and very similar to The Sitter, another Jonah Hill movie. I would definitely watch again and recommend to every one of my friends.

Super 8 2011
Really weird film to me. You spend most of the film not having a clue as to what is going on but you're intrigued to know what happens. I would have never have guessed the ending. Bit of a serious film. Not sure I'd watch it again knowing the ending. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a couple of jumpy bits.

Kick-Ass 2010
Definitely a good movie. Only fault is all the story loop holes.
I'm not even going to list them out as there are SO MANY.
Ignoring those it's an awesome movie for any large group of friends to watch together. If you haven't seen this already, what are you waiting for? This movie Kicks ass!! -
Monsters, Inc. 2001
I hadn't seen this since I saw it at the cinema at 10 years old and it's still brilliant! Such a good watch. You feel for every character and the story keeps you gripped. Silly children's film which you can't take too seriously. Would recommend to anyone with kids. No, to anyone at all. Boo is so adorable you can't help but laugh and cry.

How to Train Your Dragon 2010
Such a great movie. One of Dreamworks' best. I've watched this over and over and I still love it. The dragons are so super cute! Would recommend to anyone.
