It could have been good and it could have been funny.
Much like the recent Vince Vaughn vehicle, UNFINISHED BUSINESS, Adam Corolla's ROAD ROAD suffers from identity crisis. They both think they're full-on comedies, but really they are more drama with some pretty damn funny bits. Multiple times in both films, I found myself laughing out loud. Film maker: "Yeah, I feel like it captures the whole essence of what we went through on production. I hope it's not too long for being 60 minutes."
Studio: "No, that's perfect. 60 minutes is close enough to 90. So, we'll hold onto it for two years and release it seperately because your movie didn't make enough money."
