Still funny, which is the point; can't ignore the fact that it doesn't hold up together, and thus loses coherency points to Life of Brian. Cartoons are hit-and-miss for me, although the film and reality intertwining works better for me than it ever did (since the whole film is basically just collapsing on itself). Purposefully amateurish as a result, and much better for it, though it certainly coasts on how many laughs are generated.
