For a remake of a classic horror film, this is pretty well done. But, while I enjoyed it, there's no doubt that it definitely lacks a certain charm that the original films had.

And with the exception of having some ridiculous horror cliches throughout the movie, there aren't very many disappointing aspects. It really captures that classic horror feel that was present in the originals.

If you're a fan of the Evil Dead films at all, definitely give this one a shot. Even though it's a tad underwhelming, it's still a very welcome addition to the series.

This film taught me one important thing... Dwarfs are ultimate bad asses.

The last half hour or so of this film were some of the most intense and nail biting moments I've witnessed in quite some time.

What a great movie. Ben Affleck, you've come a long way since Phantoms, yo.

As far as comic book films go, this one is very solid. As far as action films go, it's pretty standard routine, but the execution and story is what sets it apart. Really enjoyed this one.
