Added this as a quick recap and to score & log the few films I caught over the summer. I'm not going to say much because my memory of it isn't so fresh.
As concept thrillers go its not so bad, felt somewhat like a muddled mash-up of 'Panic Room' & 'Funny Games' with an hint of 'Assault on Precinct 13' (oddly enough writer/director James DeMonaco did the screen-writing duties on the remake). Ethan Hawke's character was extremely wooden, and the other family members faired only slightly better. Highlight was the far too brief segments with the rich masked kids.
