Kent Dempsey’s review:
Decent enough 'arthouse action' flick, but I'm really not a Soderbergh fan. His trademark cool jazzy soundtrack is on display of course, except (gratingly) during the action sequences, making them more 'realistic' (and conspicuous). Carano's got a great presence (though could never be mistaken for an actor, and Soderbergh apparently had to re-tool much of her dialogue in post), and all the 'supports' do a good job... but the whole thing just felt kinda pointless for me.
Oh, really? Damn.
I do rather enjoy Soderbergh films, though so I might still hit this one up some time.
