They could've went hardcore sci-fi with this one, but alas, another Hollywood love story... Play it safe guys.. play it safe. You don't make friends with salad.

Tarantino does it again! If you're a fan of his stuff you will enjoy this one.

I enjoyed the mysterious tone of the movie and Rosamund Pike is nice to look at. It was actually a lot better than I expected but still had some weird moments in dialogue and plot shifting. Overall I did like it!

Honestly, I went into this film with low expectations due to some review ratings, but I came out pleasantly surprised.

I think people should give it a chance. I liked how it was paced and thought that the action vs. dialogue was put together and thought out perfectly! At moments you were on the edge of your seat. At other times you were sucked in by the story telling and progression.

I am really excited for the next one!

Some really really great acting/directing/cinematography here and I just loved the whole message of the movie! Right from beginning to end I was consumed by everything about this movie. When it cut to black at the end I actually clapped my hands and said "Fuck yeah!"

Cool story and made you think!

I expected greatness and got dullness. Some really odd dialogue mixed in with some cool action. I really feel that the director should stick to Dramas as you could really tell that action movies are not his forte. I felt that I was cheated after watching this, so many parts could've been cooler and the opening was lacking.. huge!

Awesome spectacle.. I had LSD flashbacks haha!

The story and shooting style feels real and the action scenes were well done. I'm not sure how accurate this is to what it's like to be an LAPD officer, but it was pretty gritty! Those guys have pretty crazy lives. Would definitely recommend giving it a watch, great action mixed in with good character development and drama.
