Story of a medical student on hard times getting a chance encounter with a guy willing to pay for her medical knowledge and perform when hes in a tight spot, she is horrified by what shes done but when events take the turn for the worse, she buys into the concept especially one such task. from here we see her journey in the underground world of violence and making lots of money, A nice central performance and nice touches also some gore and violence working well overall. the film does dip a bit the 2nd half but overall a worthy watch.
