A curiosity and a annoyence, only because famouly this is the first part in a proposed 2 parter of the trilogy, the 2nd never happend, and this takes in Lord of the rings and most of Two towers. so incomplete as a story but neverless whats on show it comes off well, and of course more streamlined compared to the Peter Jackson movies years later. so if you are after another take on the classic books this isnt really it as incomplete but for people interested in incomplete moments in cinema, this is worthy
