Evil Dead 2013
I really wish I hadn't watched the Red Band Trailer because, as expected, we saw a majority of the gory scenes in it. Also, the advertisements show footage that isn't even in the film. Most notably, the scene with Mia peeking out the cellar chanting "We're going to get you." while rapping her fingers. That is the creepiest thing in the TV spots and it isn't even in the film.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey 2012
Only the last hour of this film is worth a damn in my opinion, the majority of it seems like Jackson phoning in a story.

Rabid Dogs 1974
Even though this is Bava's unfinished film, I think it might be his best work. It is a tense, claustrophobic thriller that for the majority takes place in a hot, sweaty car full of three criminals that hijacked the car from a father trying to get his sick child to a hospital. They also have a lady in the car that opens up two of the criminals to despicable acts. DO NOT WATCH "KIDNAPPED". Mario's son, Lamberto, ruined the film by re-editing the film with additional scenes and the absence of Stelvio Cipriani's amazing score. Highly Recommended.

Sid & Nancy 1986
After seeing a dubbed VHS with the title "Sid & Nancy" scribbled with my dad's handwriting on a yellow Kodak VHS sticker, I never picked this film up and popped it in the VCR. I was too busy checking out my dad's sci-fi collection of dubbed tapes. I recently saw this thanks to the Blu-Ray Release. Oldman's performance is entrancing and Cox's direction is pretty steady. Webb's performance isn't to be dismissed either but I just don't like the character of Nancy.
