You can argue that it's as much about Ray and Peter as it is the nature of something "Going Viral", but the doc focuses far too much on the men who simply recorded the crazed rambling rather than the far more interesting men who did the shouting. Peter is given sufficient screen time, but we find out barely anything about Ray. I would have liked to see a more balanced approach to it all. Still, it's a fascinating story, and manages to provoke thoughts about the morality of voyeurism and selling people's personal lives.
