The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel bites off a bit more than it can chew with so many strong personalities fighting for screen time, leaving a lot to be desired for some of the characters and the many storylines the film tries to pack into two hours, all of which are not as fleshed-out as they could have been. A sweet and charming little film, but overall a bit of a fluff piece.
