Michael Mackenzie’s review:
Enjoyable bit of comedic fluff about a high school student who gets an undeserved reputation for being a bit of a loose woman. Like most of the current crop of self-consciously quirky US comedies it ultimately feels the need to bend over backwards to sell us a trite moral, which feels at odds with the 80 minutes of snark that preceded it, but still, I had a lot of fun with it, and Emma Stone makes for an incredibly endearing protagonist.
PS. Note to my American friends: contrary to what this film would have you believe, the word "twat" does not rhyme with "swat".
