I was already a Nolan fan going into this one because I was really impressed with Memento, The Prestige, and The Dark Knight. I wondered what he could possibly due to impress after giving us one of the greatest blockbuster's of all-time The Dark Knight. Well what he did was give us another blockbuster, but he also pulled off a rare feat by making a blockbuster with some brains. While it's not the smartest film in the world or anything it does require you to think a little and more importantly simply pay attention. Technically it's a shock & awe campaign for the senses! It's amazing to look at and the sound game me an eargasm. The cast all do a wonderful job, the story is engaging and thought provoking, and as I said it's a visual treat. I loved it so much that it almost dethroned my current personal favorite TDK and still may after repeat viewings.
