My top 30 of 2007. This was another extremely difficult year for me to rank.

Honorable mentions: Timecrimes, Shoot Em Up, Sicko, 1408, The Kingdom, Disturbia, American Gangster, Awake, Planet Terror, and The Simpson's Movie.

    No Country for Old Men and The Mist higher than There Will Be Blood???

    At least you like Death Proof more than Planet Terror, so you're still OK in my book. ;-)

    And Eastern Promises would probably make my Top 5. At least Top 10.

    Good to see Inside, Funny Games, and Into the Wild high up on your list.

    Yeah but understand those are all very close for me. All 3 rank in my top 20 all-time. Death Proof is way better than Planet Terror in my opinion.

    Thanks! My biggest problem with Eastern Promises was the fact I love Cronenberg's A History of Violence and with Eastern Promises following it I was a bet let down because I wanted to love it like I did A History of Violence.

    I can't believe I forgot about The Mist on my own list! I really liked that movie, especially the black and white version on the blu ray.

    I saw it in theaters and loved it because it's just my kind of thing. I've heard about the black and white version, but I haven't seen it yet.
