Jason Statham could slaughter John Wick in a heartbeat. It's assuredly weird to see Guy Ritchie embody a stripped-down restraint that's far from his typical formations of mayhem & hyper-kineticism, though this employs a pretty captivating - if familiar - scope of revenge violence, in accordance with a cycling of various event-specific perspectives. His best film in six years.
