One of the best endings of all time.
And one of the worst uncles in movie history.
Osgood Perkins likes a circular narrative. Both of his films have that strange quality where you could run them on a loop, and no matter where you started watching, any scene could be the beginning or the end. So if you like circular narratives, atmospheric horror films, and original songs that sound like they were sung by an Appalachian witch, then this movie is for you.
