i may be biased to a wes alumn, but honestly it is beyond excellent, seamlessly following the masculine thread through the surreal, disconnected spaces of coming-of-age adolescence to the visceral, creeping horrors of growing up to a bottle thriller of the highest order (the genre-blending so smooth you can scarcely see it happen) while catching it all, deftly, in its claustrophobically narrow aspect ratio and pitch-perfect design.
