Damn I forgot how good this first one is.
No overcomplicated timeline to understand just a cool ass concept with a really well executed plot twist.
Don't get me wrong though I love the overcomplicated timeline, can't wait to redelve into it all.
While I do enjoy it, I definitely don't like it as much as other people do.
A lot of the humour just doesn't land for me. Don't get me wrong there are some legitimately good jokes here that I loved, but too much of the humour is just, haha isn't it funny that these children are swearing? And it just didn't work for me a lot of the time. I feel the same about the show a lot of the time.
Still a fun watch with musical numbers that go surprisingly hard. Just not something I'd wholeheartedly recommend to most people.
This really is just It Follows, but so, so much worse.
Can we please abandon the loud=scary style of filmmaking please? Random loud ass jump scares do not make a film scary, it just makes it annoying.
The plot is just, laughable, literally.
Multiple times during the film me, my friend and quite a few other people in our cinema just started laughing at this shit.
I feel like there's supposed to be a message here, like It Follows has…
Mid
Epic ending tho
The Master hard carried.
Imagine teasing a gay relationship and not paying it off. Supernatural moment.
