Right, I think "Hard to be a God" is a masterpiece.
That doesnt mean "die hard" isn't one.

Movies have to be art or fun.

Well. I had fun.... A bit....

    Here are some notes:

I loved the first part. And then it got a bit too much of a setpiece, setpiece, setpiece thing. I laughed about the fake horse.

I liked the ending. It was better than the one with the aliens....

The part where "i forgot his name" talked about now beeing a good american was weird.

It had this fake look a lot of modern adventure movies have, that i dont like.

I noticed the millenium falcon malfunction sound effect and one wilhelm scream.

    Watch it on streaming.

I'd say go watch it. There is a chance you like it.

I could imagine that me as a kid would have liked it.

CGI Harold Ramis was just a very bad idea and it kind of destroyed the movie for me.

Also cut down on the fanservice it was a bit embarrasing ... just listen to redlettermedia.

Im actually open for more though.

Best joke was the meeting of gatekeeper and keymaster. I loved that.
